Social anxiety is an intense fear of being judged or watched by others. For many, it can be difficult to even leave the house. It can become debilitating. But when you look into it a little more deeply, the social anxiety disorder really can be looked at as the fear of what other people think. And that is the most limiting fear I see. How can you learn to not be bothered by the opinions of others? How can you reduce your social anxiety?
Use Hypnosis To Be More Confident And Comfortable With Yourself
When you learn to see the truth about yourself and not listen to what other people say, you will become more confident in yourself. Everybody was born with confidence. At some point, you may have learned to NOT be confident in yourself.
You can use hypnosis to get better control of your own mind. So you will stop believing the lies of what other people might say. Take back control and you will be more confident and comfortable in your own skin. And you will not be so concerned with what other people say. You can overcome the fear of other people’s opinions.
Stay Calm…And Reduce Your Social Anxiety
When you learn to use hypnosis, you will also become more calm. You will feel more relaxed and at ease. The little things will not bother as much as they did in the past. When you are your true calm and peaceful self, you will not be bothered by what other people have o say or think about you. Because you know the truth.
Stop Worrying About Other People’s Opinions
I was watching a lecture on a PBS channel. The man giving the talk was probably in is 70s. He was describing the 20-40-60 rule. I had no idea what that was until he explained:
“When you’re 20, You care what everyone thinks, When you’re 40, You stop caring what everyone thinks, When you’re 60, You realize no one was ever thinking about you in the first place.”
I love that description. You realize no one was ever really focused on you. People are too wrapped up in their own lives to really care about you.
